Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

[OWNER] This policy is a sensible starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.

This policy explains what kabbalah.im (“we”, “I”) collects when you visit the site, sign up for the free guide or buy something, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your email address (and first name, if you choose to give it) when you sign up for the free guide, take the quiz or join a waitlist.
  • Your quiz result (your pattern), so emails and offers can be relevant to you.
  • Where you came from: the page you signed up on, UTM campaign tags and which headline version you saw.
  • Purchase information, processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Anonymous usage statistics through Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.

How we use it

  • To send you the free guide and the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To deliver what you buy and provide support and refunds.
  • To understand which pages and posts work, so we can improve them.

We don’t sell your information. Ever.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to make the site work:

  • k_offer: remembers when your new-reader offer expires (essential to the offer).
  • k_email, k_src, k_pattern: remember your email and quiz result so you don’t have to type them again.
  • k_ab_*: keeps you on the same version of a page while we test headlines.
  • k_utm: remembers which campaign brought you here.

Marketing cookies. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure which posts bring readers here. If you’re in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, it only loads after you accept it. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Who we share it with

  • Resend, our email provider, to store your subscription and purchases and send emails.
  • Whop to process payments and handle VAT and refunds.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site and delivers your downloads.
  • Plausible (cookieless analytics) and, with consent where required, Meta.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@kabbalah.im. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. If you’re in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to honor that choice. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
