About Teo Ashe
A fellow student, not a guru.
I’m Teo. I’ve been studying and practicing Kabbalah for a little over two years. I’m not a guru. I still catch myself chasing. The difference is I usually notice now, and noticing turns out to be most of the work.
I came to Kabbalah the way a lot of people do: through manifestation. I had the vision boards and the scripting journals. Some of it worked, for a while. Then the same things kept happening: the money came in and then something ate it; the relationship started well and ended the way the last one did.
What Kabbalah gave me was the other half of the picture. Everyone was teaching me how to ask. Almost nobody was teaching me how to become someone who could receive and keep what I asked for. Kabbalah has a word for that capacity: the Vessel. Most of what I now practice is about building it.
Why a pen name
This project is about the practice, not about me. Teo Ashe is a pen name, and you won’t find a photo here. You’ll find the emblem: a “T” inside seven stars, one for each day of the Pause.
What this site is (and isn’t)
- It’s practical: short chapters, exercises that take 5 to 15 minutes, and one daily move you can actually remember.
- It draws on classic public sources, such as the Zohar, Maimonides and Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag, explained in plain English.
- It isn’t religious instruction, and you don’t need to be Jewish or religious to use it.
- It isn’t therapy or medical, psychological or financial advice. If you’re struggling, please talk to a professional.
Say hello
I share a daily “I’m” line on Instagram at @kabbalah.im. You can also email hello@kabbalah.im. I read everything, even if replies take a few days.
